To evaluate the effectiveness of the scientific activity of the University, scienceometry plays an important role - a field of research that studies cognitive communication in science by the frequency of citation of scientific works and their authors. The task of scientometric databases is to study the publication activity and citation of authors of scientific works.
It is important for every scientist to increase the index of citations of his works; their permanent and long-term storage; preservation of copyright; increasing the demand for the results of their research; raising positions in the ratings.
